Richland Academy: Intermediate Years

In their final years at Richland Academy, students tackle advanced subject matter from Global Knowledge perspectives, including an introduction to entrepreneurship, and are given a heightened level of responsibility—leaving them well equipped to meet the challenges of secondary education.

Goals in Grades 7 and 8:
· Sophisticated communication skills, including advanced essay writing and public speaking
· Highly developed computational, problem solving, and communication skills in mathematics
· Expanded abilities in research and time management
· Developed higher order thinking skills
· Increased involvement in the decision-making process
