Text, photographs, video, illustrations, logos and design elements on this website belong to Richland Academy or are used with the permission of their owners, and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. The Richland Academy name and logo, and the International Baccalaureate logo displayed on this site, may not be used without written permission.
2. What you may and may not do
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and ownership notices intact. Without our written consent, you may not:
Republish, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the site
Modify our content or create derivative works from it
Use the site in any way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful to others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, portals or accounts

3. Information you submit through this site
When you complete a form on our website — an admissions inquiry, tour registration, newsletter signup or donation — the information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy above. If you submit details about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Our parent, admissions and staff portals are restricted to authorized users. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Use of these areas is subject to the School’s handbooks and technology guidelines, and we may suspend access where those expectations are not met.
