All tuition and fees are listed in Canadian funds.
All plans include a non-refundable deposit of $3,000 which is part of the total tuition.

For International Students Only
If a Canadian Embassy or High Commission denies a student permit application, Richland Academy will refund fees, less $5,000, upon receipt of the official denial letter and a formal withdrawal or deferral request. Without proof of denial, all fees are non-refundable.
SCHOOLSBUDDY SOFTWARE SYSTEM
Richland Academy will be working with the SchoolsBuddy software system which combines activities management, online payments, parent communication, school bookings, and more.
Once our families are set up students and families will experience an easy management tool that will encompass activities management, booking, sign-up, and payment services.
This will assist our administration and families with all non-covered tuition costs and expenses.
BEFORE AND AFTER CARE
Before School Care
$15 per day
Available from 7:30am to 8:20am
After School Care
$20 per day
Available from 3:30pm to 6:00pm
Please note if your Kindergarten child has a sibling in Grade 1-8 who is dismissed at 4:00pm, your Kindergarten child may remain in aftercare at no additional cost for the 30-minute period.
RICHLAND FINANCIAL INCENTIVES
Richland Academy Sibling Discount
A 5% discount is applied to the families with more than one sibling attending the school. First child will pay the full tuition and the remaining siblings will receive the discount.
Richland Academy Loyalty Program
Families whose child(ren) have completed five or more full-time academic years at Richland Academy qualify for our Loyalty Program, which provides a 5% tuition discount. Please note that the Loyalty Program cannot be combined with sibling discounts. We thank our long-standing families for their continued trust and support.
